The house is rented as a whole unit. Sleeps max 8. Minimum 3 nights unless otherwise stated. A 50% deposit of the full stay is required 60 days prior to arrival in order to confirm. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation fee 50% of amount paid.
